wanting to add holes to bumper

So I was thinking about adding extra vents/holes in my 2ga talon bumper cover like the EVO VIII. Is this possible or is the actual bumper in the way.

just mark out the holes, drill a pilot hole, and break out the holesaw...drill through the plastic support, or take off your bumper nad look....or PS or mspaint wher eyouw ant them and i wlil tell you that they are prolly int he way
