Just like the title says.

Im looking for pics of Talons with the black roofs that have a 2gb Eclipse Conversion done to them, something resembing KrazyKoreans old car.

I havent seen any other than his, and I may be selling my GST for a TSI AWD, and this would be something I would be very interested in doing.

Heres Krazy's old car, for those of you who dont know what it looks like.

Im in the process of doing part of the conversion and have seen a few other talons w/ the black roofs and eclipse bumpers/sideskirts. Just saw another one in the gallery today that is white and isnt krazys car. Ill see if i can find it again. I dont think it had the sideskirts though.

Nice. What color talon do you have?

I havent seen that other one in the gallery- Ill have to look for it.

its kinda whats holdin me up,,its a mettallic blue,,
Hard as hell to color match unlike white or black

My intial plan was eclipse 97-99 front and back, black housing projectors, maybe Rm lip, ,,keep black top and possible 97-98 talon wing on top in black of course.

I might no do the wing though and just do the bumpers, (have almost everything)
I just saw one a few days ago in someone elses gallery in white,, then another talon like you described w/ its own pics in white too. Both werent krazys car, maybe theyll post since i cant find them.

One other thing- It is possible to paint the roof of a talon, and have it just as durable as the rest of the body?

I found a few in the gallery last night, but Im sure theres more than these out there.

Frankly, I think the only good two color looking talon is a white/black combination. Any other color I think it looks better all as one color like a eclipse.

I have the blue talon color w/ the black top and am working on the 97-99 bumper conversion. Trust me that black top looks wicked w/ the mettalic blue color and 97 conversion. I don't like it w/ red or green but the black top looks great w/ the blue. I'll get some decent pics when I have a camera worth more then 15 bucks. Just my .02 cents
 
There was a red one, with a blitz rear and mille miglia 19"s and the TSI wing... soooo beautiful.. anybody got pics?
 
Im working on my converstion as well. Just need to get the sideskirts and reverse lights. My top is black... But the rest of my car is too.
 
i have a metallic dark green tsi with an eclipse front bumper. personally, i prefer the talon sides and rear, they seem to flow a little better imo. but the eclipse front i do like better than the talon :) i have some hi res pics if you're interested, but nowhere to host them anymore

yeah i have a 2g red talon with a black roof. i did the conversion when i rear ended a honda. i have 97 headlights with a sensei (evo) bumper and fogs in the bumer. unfortunately im rocking a white hood. and now the bumper got caught on a driveway and ripped, so i'm back to a stock white 97 bumper.

so i have a three tone car that looks like garbage...but i still love the 97 and up way better than the smiley.
 
Heres a pic of one I found. Its actually an Eclipse not a Talon but it may help with the paint thing.
