Drift Body Kits

I have talked to a lot of people with drift body kits on their 1st gens and they've all had just so many problems getting it to fit right, they had to get it fitted right by a body shop and all that, is there any way i can get a drift body kit or something low profile like it on my 1g without THAT big of a hassle?

I'm sorry i know u prolly get this question all the time it's just kinda hard to search such a long topic i'll be reading threads about body kits for hours.

Any pointing in any direction will be helpful i'm more than happy to do research and all that i just need some clues here on where to look and all that.

it depends one where you get the kit from alot. In most cases, no matter what car you have (honda, mitsu, chevy, ect) the chance of getting a body kit that bolts right to your car is slim to none. there is always going to be small problems your going to come across with ANY kit.
To be honest, unless you get lucky, the only way you will get around the hassle is to stay stock. in getting a body kit, you have to be aware of the problems you may face ahead.
But then again, unless you are planning on painting the car yourself, or leaving the body kit the color it comes, your going to have to send the car to a body shop to be painted, so while there you could have them make the kit fit if there is a problem.
When i got my drift kit from andy's autosport, it didnt fit perfect but was close. i have knowledge of working with fiberglass so was able to fix the small problems that i found, but as a whole the kit went on pretty nice. I have heard others say andy's kits fit like sh!t though so i obviously got some what lucky.

u still have it on and it doesnt fit right? Damn i want a body kit so bad for my car just because i want to get rid of my front bumper to prepare for a FMIC and i wanna get rid of the rear bumper cause its kinda messed up and ugly as i bought it.
