Black Car -- suggestions on tint?

Hello all, new here...
'99 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T in the garage and was looking for some nice tint to go with it. Was thinking either black or blueish/silver or platinum type of tint. Anyone have a black car with tint and have pictures? I'd like to see the blueish/silver or platinum tint on a black car... i've searched the threads and i did see batgirl's tint which is very nice looking i must say (but not on a black car so need some pix)... Any response will be appreciated thanks.

if u jes want to go with the original look. jes go with the black tint. but if u want to have the different look, blueish/silver, taht would looks pretty nice. anyways..wat part of cali are u from and if ur from norcal, there is a meet coming up...

I have limo tint on mine. It looks real good but it's a p.i.t.a. when you have to back up at night. I have to put my windows down in order to see and it sucks when it's snowing or raining. It's always a good idea to find the brigest reverse light bulbs to replace the ones in there, that helped a bit in seeing better.

What are the restrictions/laws in california regarding ting %?
i read the thread that quwhees99 pointed me at and i'm not sure if it really is illegal to have mirrored tint. is the silver/blue look illegal in cali? ANd yes i'm in norcal ...

Myself, after mine is painted im going with silver tint. not mirror, and not limo, ive had limo on every one of my cars, and im sick of it. time for something different.

It's a Fraternal Order of Police shield to keep the po po away. It works real well, everyone thinks I’m a cop and the best part is it’s totally legal. BTW it adds 30hp.

Aargh!!! GTS Headlight and taillight covers? 2 sets of fog lights and stickers all over the place. Please plaese tell me this car has some real mods and is not a stock GSX?

I hope that is what were saying to NOT do to a DSM.

First off I said above they were old pictures. I did this when I was 18 pre fast and furious in 1998. Check out my photo album. The hood decal and other decals are comming off except my dsm ones on my small windows. The car looks totally different.

Shouldnt you have 660 injectors for that setup, just curious?

No the 550's have been fine. When I upgrade next I want to get a L2R and I'm going to get 720's. The 550's can run 20-21 psi on 93-94 Octane with a upgraded fuel pump.

Not offended, I just wanted to clarify that the decals are going that I that I do have "some real mods." I was reluctant in posting those pictures but those are the only ones I have showing my car with the tints clearly. BTW the sex life is just fine.
