Help Seat belt clasp stuck!

the seat belt clasps in my rear seats are stuck in the down position and i cant get them up! they were like that when i bought the car.

take em out. there's no reason to have seatbelts in the back anyways, unless you need to strap down your books or groceries... ::

I accidently pushed mine down while removing the rear seat for cleaning. I was scared because I couldn't get them back up without feeling like they were going to break. But I said screw it and pulled really hard. They are all better now. It just takes some muscle.
