2 all 1g owners w clerance issues w speakers

I just installed some infinity kappas and refrances in my car i had very little clerance issues..In fact the 6.5s for the doors fit in the "cups"whithout making new screw holes or modifying the cups.But the 6x9s came with a huge rubber boot that covers the magnet..I just took that off and it only sticks out an 8th of an inch..i just put some weather stripping around the outer rims 2 cover gap.ill try 2 post all pics..Also all are 100w rms each speaker..

Nice! I have those in my 2G and the rears didnt fit for shit

i didn't have any trouble with the rear adapter as well - though the rubber boot did fit with their adapter.

The adapter they gave me made my intereor stick out a lil..I guess 2gs have a lil more room.
