Horsepower est. and general questions lol

Hey its the total newbie about this technical stuff. I just have a few more questions. 1st, for the speaker system if its not infinite, what type would it be? Like stock. 2nd, Nikkita can you specify what type of infinity speakers? I know i need 6x5 for front and 6x9 for rear, but like Infinity Kappa's? Infinity Perfect Kappas? Infinity Reference???? etc etc.....
3rd, what would you guys recommend for a cold air intake???? I hear AEM is good, then again i head HKS is as well as Injen....And for cat-back exhausts and headers....which brand...and Lets say i got a cold air intake, headers,and catback exhaust for my 1998 Eclipse GS, what would you think the approx. horsepower would be? Would i notice a difference? Thanks for helping me out...oh and by the way....im 16 and i have read the top speeds thread for non-turbo dsm's....thats a load of #@%#@%#@%#@%...stock NT at 165? im 16 years old and ive gotten up to 115 at 5500 rpms and i know you cant get to 165....NT stock...please who the f** do you think your kidding??? well....maybe yourselves...

rear is 6x9 (oval)...front is NOT 6x5, but 6.5" (6 1/2") (round).

as for WHICH infinity's to buy....that totally depends on how much YOU want to spend. ofcourse the most expensive ones are gonna sound the best being they're built with better components and can handle more power, but the cheapest (references) will be a great improvement over your stock stuff also. all models will work great if you decide to incorporate an amp into the setup also.

as far as intakes go....they all are going to produce generally the same amount of performance increase. only difference is cold air and ram air. cold air ofcourse drops the filter closer to the ground where it can suck in cooler air, but it's gonna cost a little more. if i were you i'd get the cheapest cold air intake you can find....i seriously doubt you'd notice any difference in the different brands. if name brands don't matter you can prolly find a generic cold air intake on ebay for under $100.

with exhaust systems....yeah you can get a name brand $500 exhaust system...but you're 16 and i'm feelin ya man...money's prolly tight. so unless you just want bragging rights to go around and tell everyone you've got the so and so greddy exhaust....you can pick up any universal straight through muffler on ebay ($100) there's many different styles out there just get what you like best, take it to your local exhaust shop have them weld it on and run 2.5" piping from the header back (prolly another $100). then, i'd get a 2.5" test pipe ($35 @ www.testpipe.com ) to replace your cat. converter. the shop won't install this, but you can...it's very simple. so for under $300 you can have exhaust...not too bad.
