okay i just bought my 95 eclipse gs and the guy before me tried to paint the interior, he didn't take his time by the looks of it. okay there is over spray all over the top of the dash and alittle on the front windsheild. he tried to paint the passenger door panel down by the speaker that whole part. it's looks like crap theres parts were it's painted not painted it's a mess. so i was wondering if anyone thats done there interior themselves , has any suggestions on how to remove the paint. he used interior spray paint and i have looked at some removers made by the same company but they all say it can't be used on plastics. has anyone tried using it? what would you recomend using to remove it. or should i just sand and repaint everything.

go to a nearby autozone, pepboys, or advance and buy a paint stripper.. its like 5-6 dollars. it should eat out the paint. or u can primer it and paint over it. if its not that bad... but make sure when u paint over it after primering, use clearcoat...

thanks for the info, but i have gone to autozone and pep boys all there paint remover/stripper for cars, says not to use it on plastices or vinlyn. so is it okay to use the stripper stuff on the door panels and dash? the paint is pretty bad lots of hairs and dirt so it's all blotchy and bumpy.
