Hi, guyz i have 1995 Ecipse RS , i wanted to spend money on intake, as yesterday i just installed new 3" FLowmaster Exhaust system. but i really dont feel any difference in Performance at all, except kool sound it makes now . i still have like $250 left in my pocket.

Think i would like to spend on cold air intake ? CAN anyone plz frankly tell me if i spend 180$ on AEM CAI intake will it makes any differnece in perfomance or not? and other think where is the MASS sensor on my car? i cant find it anywhere near the instake pipe or box . shall be thankful for the replies . :dsm:

Hey, you probably won't notice any difference with the AEM intake. It will likely give you like 2-4 whp more, nothing noticable. But it will make your car run more efficently and it will make sure your car isn't starved for air.
When I got my car dynoed after just exhuast and my Injen intake I was putting down 180 whp. Stock would be about 160 whp, so I gained about 20 whp! But my car is also turbo so that might make a difference.
Plus, it will look cool sitting there under the hood!

well my car is NON TURBO 1995 RS (stocked ) . maybe ill keep the stocked intake then , maybe il just spend $35 fpr K&E new filter heheheh, if u think my car wont make any performance boost with AEM CAI kit.

Also where is the MASS sensor located on this car?
before this i had 1994 thunderbird SC and MASS was located near airbox filter. but where it is located on my nonturbo :dsm: 1995 ECLIPSE RS ?

If your talking about the mass air sensor, there isn't one. At least there isn't one on my car.

actually, it's not that weird considering the car has multiple sensors, including 2 oxygen sensor to gather data as to how the car's performing. I think the airflow/mass sensor might be built into the intake manifold itself. On mine there's a couple electronics hooked to the manifold itsels instead of on the intake piping. I consider this helpful however because it's less stuff to interrupt the incoming air :thumb:
