damn popups

when i bought this car a week ago, the popups were stuck in place. . . now the manual cranking doesnt work they are still stuck. . . what could this be?

Rusted? Unhooked? Look behind the pop up light to see if its still hooked up.

yep all hooked up and not rusted. . . I can't even turn the manual adjust. . . and i put new motors in . . .

who's hating what? back to topic. . . I haven't got a chance to wd the parts yet but no, no noise from the motors or anything . . . where are the fuses? is there more than just under the dash? thanks guys

Yeah I was going to say check the fuse's but they don't move with turning the nob which I find odd.
