No it dosent hurt my neck. Some that I see that are mounted lower are harder to read during the day time. Where mine ie, there is less light reflecting off of it. As for the no dome light, I'm going to get a 2g rear view miror and put that in. As for neuralracing if you need light to look for a thong then you have problems my friend. Just messin with ya.
