Yes i know this has been discused so many times so please dont say use the search cuz i have and really didnt find anything that i need. Now ive read everything about it to clear them up using either sand paper or just polish. Now... My question is when u do this are u just doing this to the outside? or do u have to take the whole lighting apart and do it to the inside? thanks

Let's hope your polishing skills are better than your search abilities. These are all from the Tech Articles forum:

(I really don't like the brake fluid idea.)

You only have to open the lights up if they're fogged on the inside. They seldom are.
