door swap, now locks dont work!

i had manual windows and locks on my car, then i put power window and lock doors on it, the windows work fine, and so do the mirrors, but now the locks dont work, when i lock it nothing happens with the other door. is there a relay or something that i missed?

Probably,

There is a lock brain on the passenger side under the carpet on the right. It is the relay that trips whenever the sensor wire is (+) from the door. You'll need this, that is, unless you install an alarm or keyless.

ok i've been asking this question it seems like forever, has anyone tried this for a 2g???? i have manual locks and i really want to just change doors??? anyone?
