Head Light Conversion

i have a 1G with pop-ups. i saw a car my year and they had a conversion (regular lights with clear glass/plastic on top). it looked pretty sweet and i was just wondering if anyone hear knows how that would be obtained with minimal effort???

Not with minimal. A fellow on Talk was working on this for about a year, I don't know if he ever got it up and running.
