This is for those of you that have painted interiors, and have painted the vinyl.
The paint on the top of my driverside door (by the window) is starting to chip and peel off. When i painted them, i just cleaned them with rubbing alcohol, and put A LOT of thin coats on. Anyone know how to prevent this chipping? I clear coated my dash when i did it, and it hasn't peeled or anything yet. Did any of you guys use primer underneath, and clear coat on top, and has this prevented any peeling or chipping on vinyl parts? Yes, i did use vinyl paint, I used the dupli-color cloth and vinyl paint, and followed the instructions on the can.
ANy help?
