busted sunroof!!!!!!

My car came with a broken aftermarket sunroof. The passenger side bracket is broken and the gears are basically all stripped. I think the motor still works. Its an aftermarket Webasto sunroof. Is it pssible to fix this? or can I just buy a used stock sunroof and cut a bigger hole and install it? The one I have right now is a lot smaller than the ones that comes with the 2g's.


This thing is annoying, whenever I go over a bump or whenever I go over 75mph, the stupid window starts whistling like a mother.

Yes, I've checked with that site already. They have a lifetime warranty but it only covers the original owner who put it in. What a crock of shit.
