my car had been sitting outside for about 3 days and i swapped in a 5 speed ecu since it was running too rich with the stock auto ecu i had already had the 450cc injectors in it and it started right up i drove it for 45 min or so and parked it and this morning it won't start it's getting spark could it be the resistor pack maybe.

check the circuit board of the ecu for damage just in case. Also the cams in an auto are different than a manual, but I don't know if its enough to throw off timing.

Does it crank and just not turn over?

yea it cranks and just won't turn over i don't it's weird when i parked it
was just fine i changed the plugs and checked them after i tried to crank it a few times and it seem like may cylinder 1 isn't getting gas or maybe no compression i havn't done a compression test but i know its not firing

you said you checked for spark did you check for fuel ?
otherwise if you happen to have any spare parts lying around I'd swap out the transistor and or the fuel pump relay that mounts in the center by the ECU to see if that remedys the problem.

Im sure it has nothing to do with your resistor pack, Ive never heard of one going bad.
