Studded Tires

Was just wondering if anyone had some cheap studded tires and rims that they want to get rid of for cheap that would mount right up? hit me back.

Na, never found any. Are they in good shape and on some rims?

Yeah they're kinda getting hard to find cheap. Keep an eye on craigslist or if you're ever in the valley tuesday-saturday you might try hitting up Knik Towing and Wrecking. Depending on your rim size they may have at least the tires. Only 2 problems are they're sold as-is(i think they'll exchange u a tire if you get it mounted and it leaks a ton or whatever but you're on your own for the change over fee) and you have to browse through their selection yourself. Sometimes they got a set of 4 inside but rarely in the size you're looking for. But I've bought various sizes of tires from them, probably about 20 or so and only had one leak around the rim and normally they just charge $10 a tire regardless of size(anything 16" or bigger they might start at $25 but I'm not sure) and some of them are virtually brand new. If all else fails you might manage to find some year-round tires and stud them yourself. Thats what I'm gonna try with the set I picked up last time, just bought some 1/2" sheetrock screws and nipped off the ends. If they work anything decent I'll let you guys know. Oh but also, unless you really need them, buy your rims elsewhere. The owner is the one who controls the price and 9 times outa 10 his used stuff cost as much as brand new OEM stuff.

If you still need some studs i got some steel studded tires on some Old school 15"Riken wheels i'll let go for $250.
