No way...they can't close it down. I grew up drag racing there with my dad. If ANYTHING that track needs a makeover.

WTF well the city council of Pueblo did not apprieciate the outsiders coming to the party. They feel everyone who does not live here has no voice really WTF and that LOCAL participation is all they worry about. I am a bit foggy on what is going on, but here is what I gather from the paper. The "Honor Farm" is the area NOT designated to PMI (the track itself) but more so for the illeagal dirt bike riding on private property. Any one who has been to PMI have seen the bike tracks that surround the track. That area has always been "No Trespassing" and all of the dirt bike riders do it anyway, and have been for many years. The track does bring proceeds to the City of Pueblo, so they are not looking at it closing. What tyhey are trying to do is make sure the people with dirt bikes pay just as we do to use the property. All in all, I do feel it is a fair idea to do so, we pay, they should pay. I will fill in as they make more decisions on what is going to happen.
