Yes,the eclipse engine and the talon engine are the same,both manafactured by mitsubishi.
Installing a turbo wiring harness is quite a job in itself,but it makes the engine install a little easier(not worth it to me).
You don't HAVE to get a turbo 6-bolt,but you'd be alot better off.
On the transmission side of the block where the flywheel bolts on,there is a little bump on the crankshaft and the turbo flywheel is keyed to accomodate this bump, you have to grind it off in order to retain your stock N/T flywheel.
