How long did it take you N/T to Turbo guys to install and complete?

Im wondering how long it took you guys to install, finish, and tune your cars with the turbo conversion. The main worry about putting my big 16G on is the down time of the conversion. I cant go 1 day without. But I might have to.

Time for reading posts and understanding everything - 1 year and 5 months.
Tim for whole conversion - 1 year and 25 days.
Car downtime - 1 month and 15 days.

Am I still done - no.

You would have to look at it in a way if you are organized. If you are organized and i mean having every single part you need all the tools and know where everything went it would probably take you few days if not a lot more depending on your mechanic skills. I personally havent done the change so i cant give exact numbers but for example i rebuilt my whole engine with one other person. Pulled it....rebuilt it......put it back in in about 4 days. I wasn't as organized as one should be to do a turbo swap (in order to finish early) but i guess it mostly depends on your mechanic skills, persons helping, and organization along with knowledge. Just my 2 cents
