I have a 99 GS with a Hahn stage II and all the stuff that comes with it (FMIC, fuel pump, etc), it has JE pistons (8:5 compression) and Crower rods (about 400 miles on the rebuild), fully balanced and blue printed, knife edged crank, Profec B boost controller and turbo timer, full gauges (boost, fuel pressure, useless air/fuel), and a stage 3 clutch. I had to have the motor rebuilt because it smoked a piston ring, and I bought the car with the Hahn kit on it. I have a few questions, how much horsepower do you think this is making? This car is now my daily driver, as I sold my other car to pay for the rebuild- is this going to make it as a daily driver (about 18k a year)? I know that it needs bigger injectors, what should I go to? The underhood temp seems to be really high, but I am not overheating, is this going to be a problem in the summer (I do have a Denso radiator and am running dual electric fans that are on all the time)? I run 93 octane, and I only boost 10 lbs, I am pretty sure that I took all the necessary precautions, but I like to worry about things. Sorry for the long post, and I did a search but no one post answered all of my questions. Thanks for any help that you can give.

10lbs of boost with the pistons and rods should hold up very easily. You can push 10lbs of boost on the stock internals, so that shouldnt be a problem. You will have some maintenace issues tho if driven 18k a year...as you will with any turbo car. But anyways i dont think over heating should be a problem with the radiator and fans. Hope i helped

What type of maintenance issues do I need to be aware of? I plan on changing the oil every 2000 miles or so, and I don't drive the piss out of it. Just wondering, how much boost could I run with the proper amount of fuel?

it deponds on weather or not it is going to be pump gas or race fuel. You will need some sort of engine managment or air fuel controller. and if every thing is tuned good 25 psi on race fuel should be no problem.

well if you watched my little dyno movie in the movies section my car pulled a 210 on the dyno or was it 215 I can't remember already =p. anyway I have hicomp 10.5:1 pistons running at 8psi. So... you should probably be around those numbers but my fuel mixture is untuned so kinda hard to tell hehe. but your probably pushing 200 or more.

finally someone who wants to keep the high comp like me...:thumb: im going for forged 9.0.1's and pushing 11 or 12 psi, im pushing 10 now on stock 9.0.1's so i should be aroudn 190 at the wheels....wooo for high compression.
