Is thier a such thing as too many miles on a car to turbo it? My car has 145,000 miles on it?

Sorry if its been asked before, I did a seach but a bunch of other bs came up

Do a compresion test to see if you have decent compression. If you do it really doesn't matter how many miles you have as long as everything's still functioning properly.

around what should my readings be like for it to be ok to boost?

Make sure you did the test right with a warm engine. 106 is low but that doesn't mean you can't turbo, it just means you should be prepared to rebuild it sooner.
