Ok so everythings on and I have one concern and one question.

First my concern. I have an Autometer mechanical boost gauge and it's not reading boost. It's reading the vacuum alright but no boost. Where does it need to be hooked up to read the boost AND vacuum?

Second my question. I'm under the impression that the wastegate helps to control boost levels right? If this is true, how would I use that to set the boost pressure?

Aight I'm done, car runs at least now:D

The boost gauge needs to be spliced into the vacum lines that run directly behind the intake manifold. You will have to get a manual boost controller to change the boost. Keep in mind that you will have a base boost pressure of 7psi. You can't go lower than what the actuator is set at so only get a mbc if you plan on turning up the boost.

Hopefully thats correct, im on some pain killers for my back. hehe

Ok so what does adjusting the screw on top of the wastegate actually do? Also, for the boost gauge is it the line that plugs into the front of the manifold and runs behind that way (I think that's the fuel pressure vacuum line)

The wastegate controls when the flapper opens and closes. If the door is closed the exhaust goes through the turbo creating boost. When the flapper is open it lets the exhaust gas out "bypassing" the turbo. So yes it will help you control some boost but boost control is best left up to either an electronic boost controller or a good manual boost controller.

Don't play with the deltagate, get a boost controller if your going up in psi. As for the guage, I have mine t'd into the vac line for the Fuel regulator.

That's what I thought it was supposed to be in. They have it hooked into a different vacuum source right now. HAHA I'll fix that. I was planning on getting a boost controller in the future but since the car's set to 7psi already I'll just leave it be
