So I need to upgrade my turbo and get away from the ebay one I have now:notgood: , it works just fine and not one thing is wrong with it but I have been doing a big build and want a better more reliable turbo. First off, I have the 420A, bored .20 over, 8.5:1 pistons, all ARP, dsmgraveyards stage one head with stage 3 porting, 272 cams, intake, equal length turbo headers, haun portfueler, crane ignition, methonal injection, yada yada yada. It is FULLY built. I have about 10K in the car (DONT GET ON ME ABOUT NOT GETTING THE 4G63, I KNOW ITS BETTER BUT I WANTED TO DO THIS BUILD FOR THE CHALLENGE AND TO BE DIFFERENT). Now to my question LOL sorry

What would be the best turbo for my setup with quick spooltime, but where its not boosting all the time to where it hurts my MPG, reliable, good price, 5 Bolt exhaust flange (already have that downpipe), external WG? Right now I am looking at the Precision 6262SP. Thanks for any help.

Whats your target horsepower?

Depends on what you want to do with your car though. Autox, drag, fun dd? All that comes into play and not just with the size but also the trim rates.

True! i just stated that as if he needs a T3 turbo..imo if its a daily driver i wouldnt go any bigger than a 16g or an 18g just because id want to start making boost in the lower rpm range.
