Emissions and Turbo Kit

emissions are a big thing in colorado and i'm wondering if my car would pass with a stage one or stage 2 hahn kit, what do you think?

I don't "think" you'll be able to. But you could try and find try and pay someone off to do it. I'm in the Springs and my buddy works at Daniel's Chevy and is gonna help me with mine ;/ But to answer yer question, I don't think so, but ya never know!

Accually contrary to popular belief turbo's make the car accually run cleaner when they are tuned right. The problem is visual inspection, that's what you won't pass. There is a long drawn out reason why that I can get into but not right now. I suggest meeting someone....with a smog shop!

what wont pass? the fact that there is a turbo on there? exhaust, what? what if they know nothing about my car and they assume it is a turbo model? do they know?

They might check the Vin#. But one reason is the turbo kit is illegal, especially w/o a CARB sticker. If you feel like coming to the Springs, I can get you a pass ;/
