Got some fuel questions for my build that I'm working on.

I'll be running a fully built block with MS and a 54trim Turbonetics t3/t4 and going to be running about 15psi to start off on. I eventually want to turn up the boost and hit some higher numbers, possibly 25psi at the track. It's going to take awhile to tune it and will get some dyno time and do everything properly. I don't want to buy new injectors, and then max them out and have to get new ones again. Just want a one-time choice. What would be best for something like this? I have a set of 440s, but I know those will be maxed out with this turbo rather quickly. Would 1000s work? Or will having them too big cause issues?

Also, I have a SFMU ready to go in. What spring setup should I use for that?

And lastly, is there going to be anything else I'm going to need in the way of fuel setup? I have a 95 so the regulator is on the rail. Also running a 255fp.

All thoughts/opinions are appreciated. Thanks!

Im not familiar with 420as, but if you have full fuel control and can adjust the deadtimes,
I would go somewhere in the 1000-1200cc range.
They should give you enough room to run e85 if desired as well.

With MS, just get the biggest injectors you can afford. You can grow into them if you have to.

I have no plans on running e85, pretty much ever. I just don't care enough.

I'm not going to have a problem with over flooding or anything right? MS will take care of everything? (Still learning). It seems like the prices are pretty close to all around the same when they get bigger.

And I don't need any additional hardware? Do I have to upgrade the fuel line anywhere along the way? Only upgrade to that right now is SS line from the filter to the rail.

I was going to recommend the SS lines, but that's taken care of. With the afpr and MS you should be able to tune everything just fine. I'm still fuzzy on the different versions but I know the MSII is great for what you need. Go with 1000's. From what I understand, you'll be hard pressed to push those to their limits with your setup, and a 1:1 ratio is good.

EDIT: I just realized that you won't have any crazy high fuel pressures like with a FMU. Stainless or not, so long as you have fuel injection grade hose ran for your fuel lines you'll be fine.
