Im looking for people who are running the Hahn 16g bolt on kit for 95-99 420A eclipses. I have a 1998 GSX, and my friend is thinking about putting a Hahn kit on his 1999 GS.

Can anyone please give me some feedback on the kit... Big improvement? Have you blown anything up? How is your engine holding up to the new performance? Anything you could suggest to do with the kit? - Good or bad I would like to know. Thank you

I don't have the hahn kit per say but I have a variation of it. The kit is the best "kit" that you can buy. Comes with everything you need to bolt it on and get going. The kits are proven to be safe as long as the cars engine is in healthy condition to begin with and installed correctly. The problem with most people is they just get boost hungry and up the boost for a couple more ponies then boom. I say go with it if he wants to be different and stay with the GS. Its deff. a nice kit!:thumb:

The Hahn 16G's use a MHI Small 16G cartridge, which is one of the most reliable turbos on the market. I believe Hahn caps off the fittings for the coolant lines, which is fine....durability is not compromised due to the lack of water present. The water is only to minimize oil coking and turbine blade warpage due to hot shutdown- if you let your car idle a minute or so before shutting it off after a hard drive, you'll be in good shape.
