Does anyone have this turbo kit???
Any input or experience with this from anybody? It almost seems too good to be true or worth a damn.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that will tell you this but.. the turbo is junk, that intercooler piping would never need more work to fit then it would take to build custom intercooler piping. the BOV is junk and will leak or worse. Can't tell you about the manifold because I don't know what it is cast from (the metallic properties) but I'd bet it's trash as well. Just my 2 cents bro.. BUY GENUINE!

I'd vote to put it in the not "worth a damn" category. If you just want knock-off parts with questionable quality, then go for it, otherwise, piece together your own kit with good components.

Thats what I was expecting. On the other hand I thought it may be good considering the response to the ebay intercoolers and how Megan racing exhaust started out.
Thanks for the input.

In all actuality, I'm sure most of the components are fine, but I wouldn't put much faith into the turbocharger itself, or the turbo timer and some of the fittings. If the turbo is crap, then what's the point of buying the kit? The other stuff can be bought cheaply and separately.

Remember, you get what you pay for.
On a side note, Megan is a name, a company like Apexi or Greddy built a new line of product and called it Megan. The Tsudo N1 catback is made by Apexi and is just stamped Tsudo so that they can appeal to the crowd that likes to be pennywise.

NO. Tsudo is NOT made by Apexi, and Megan is NOT made by Apexi or Greddy.

I think you would have more luck peicing together some better or better quality ebay parts for lesss.
For instance. That intercooler piping does not have beaded ends (which helps to keep the couplers on), purchase that from the ebay company "just intercoolers" (comes with couplers and clamps) along with a intercooler of the same or bigger size. and you'll have only spent about 200.
If you really look around ebay, you can find a turbo, exhaust manifold, oil feed and return line kit, all in one auction.
For about 300 shipped.
So lets see thats about 500 spent so far on the same quailty or better quailty (if there is such a thing) ebay parts.
So now from that kit all you would need is a knock off BOV, Wastegate. Turbo timer if you want, and boost controllers are like 15-50 for a decent one.
fuel pump, FMU, and boost gauge, fuel cut defender, and downpipe are things you'd have to get anyways.
Anyways the point of my post is, as far as that ebay kit goes, I wouldn't bother.
But if its a christmas gift, I'd say go for the intercooler and intercooler piping (w/ beaded ends) as a gift, and put the rest of the kit together with parts you know will last after christmas.

This was a Christmas gift idea from my in-laws to me. They wanted to know what I wanted for Christmas. I will just peice it together anyway, I think.

I know a wholesaler, one who has been in the market for many years. Megan and Tsudo are factories that were bought out by a side company. You may think what you want but I believe my wholesaler because he gives me great prices! I also remember reading it on a forum somewhere...

Like others have stated, it would be better to piece together a kit. I have seen a couple ebay turbo set up where I live, and lets just say its cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for.

I'm one of few that will vouch for these parts. Everyone says they are crap and bla bla bla. But seriously how do you know? I had good luck with an Ebay Kit. I know someone else who's been running the same exact ebay setup on his neon for a while, and his car is pretty damn quick. Mike with the Green Eclipse is running an Knock Off Turbo. I ran an Knock off Turbo, Manifold, IC Pipes and Wastegate and BOV. Everything worked fine. Boosted perfect, blew off perfect. No issues. I don't know exactly how long the neon has been running this exact setup, but I'll guess around 6-8 months. And I believe Mike has been turbo'd with this same setup minus the IC pipes for over a year or more.
Another thing, to the people that are bashing knock off parts, don't until you have hard core proof that it is junk. That BOV in the picture, the knockoff HKS SSQV, I had one that I sold to a guy with a TT 3000GT VR4, and it has served him great since this time last year. My friend Curtis has one on his Spyder that works flawlessly. I know a guy who's a member here, and local to me, that has a box full of Knock Off BOV's, HKS, GReddy, Tial... He will say the same thing, they might not have the huge price tag name, but they work. And they work good!
My next setup, will all be ebay parts. Screw paying the extra cash for a part that will do the same damn thing just because it has a name to it.
One more thing, My friend with the spyder and the knock off HKS SSQV, has the same Intercooler setup. I installed it. Sucks having to cut your own pipes n crap... which is why I used Evo IC Pipes. But it works and it works good. I would not use the couplers tho, get some ETS couplers like my friend did. The Intercooler is nice!

My eBay turbo writeup:
2GNT.com - eBay_Turbocharger_Writeup
I have a knockoff manifold (Autosquare), eBay IC piping/couplers/clamps, turbo, intercooler, wastegate and have used the SSQV knockoff BOV. I have had no problems with any of the components. Piece yourself together a kit of parts, will be cheaper.
