6bolt n/t to turbo swap in a 2g

Hi i am currently doing this swap but i have ruun into two problems and wanted to know what you guys have done to solve them. My first problem is that the 6 bolt oil filter housing only has one sensor on it while the 2g 4g63t has 3. My second problem is that there is a line tapped on the front of the block, under the far left of the turbo manifold, right next to one of those caps it has, that go's to the turbo. I wanted to know what i can do to put theses things to work correctly. Please post. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. i am almost done and those are the only two things stoping me from completing my swap.

Is the engine a JDM 6 bolt non-turbo? The oil filter housing on the 6-bolts should have two sensors. One's a dummy light and the other is the gauge sender unit. JDMs only have the dummy light. You'll need a US spec oil filter housing.
 
no it is a 91 us spec non turbo 6 bolt. What do you suggest? My oil filter housing only has one. Hey TimG what did you do for the oil line on th e front of the block? I know mavisky has done this before. It would be great to get some info from him. :D
 
Take a picture and post it. I never had this hole when I did my n/t to turbo swap.

And here is my second gen with 2 Sensors. I dont know why I put 3. It was a typo. I dont know which one is which.

I'm a bit confused. Are you dropping a 7-bolt turbo motor into a 2G shell that currently has a 6-bolt n/t motor in it?
 
I am dropping a 1g N/T motor with turbo pistons and a 2g head into a 2g shell. The pictures on top are from my old 2g block which is blown. I wanted to know what that line is for(oil,water,ect.) and where can i get this supply for the turbo from?
 
There are only 4 lines going to the turbo on a 1G. They are:
Oil - Side of head via banjo bolt to the top of the turbo.
Oil - Return line from bottom of turbo to oil pan
Coolant - Thermostat housing to the back of the turbo via banjo bolt
Coolant - Front of the turbo to the main crossover pipe.
 
but it is a 2g turbo that im puting on it. what i am doing is a 6bolt bottom end and every thing else is 2g. The problem is that the 6bolt bottom end is an N/T.
 
The only difference in the bottom end of a 6-bolt n/t and 6-bolt turbo is the pistons, oil squirter's, oil filter housings and oil pans.

That hole and line never has ever existed on a 6-bolt, wheather a turbo or non-turbo.

If that line previously fed your turbo, block it or use it. It's up to you.
