Appears that it is a stock turbo from an old mazda 323, It's an IHI turbo and a little bigger than a garret T-25(Stock on 2g turbo cars).

thats exactly what i wanted to hear. All the guys on the 323 were talkin about how small it was but if its the same size or a little bigger than a t-25 than thats fine
