I was getting a code 14 and a code 21 code 14 for the map sensor and code 21 for the 02 sensor. I recently bought and installed a missing link for my 420a engine. I dont think i reset the ecu properly and when i started the car i could smell gas inside the car. I drove the car and it was fine most of the way and then it started acting funny. If i was in first and i would go to move it would just do nothing while my foot was all the way down on the gas, then it would finally decide to move, and the car would sometimes jerk back and forth excessively. I have a turbo time with an a/f monitor built into it and it is not receiving any status from the 02 sensor and the map sensor could also be bad. Could these be causes of why the car is acting like this?? Before i put the missing link in the car was driving alright except it wouldnt rev past 4k rpm. Also how do i reset the ecu properly?? Just pull the negative cable off of the batter??
Thanks In Advance

Found out what was wrong it wasnt the missing link at all. The threads for my 02 sensor stripped out of the downpipe and my 02 sensor was being dragged through the streets and snow. That will do it ;)
