1g non turbo to turbo awd conversion

I have a 1993 talon n/t. I was wondering how much work it would be to swap an awd drivetrain into it? I also want a turbo on it. Would I be wasting my money? Should I have bought a turbo awd talon? Also how much boost will the stock 2L engine hold and what is the model # for the engine?
