Looking to rebuild my motor in order to run a HRC stage 2 kit. Just as a note i already had my head rebuild due to a timing belt break about 6 months ago but all stock parts were put back in to to money.

I would like to know:

Bottom End:
What compression i should run?
Should i bore over? What to?
What Pistons?

Top End:
Valves?
Springs?
Rockers?
Angled Valve Job?
Port and Polish?

Anything Else?????????

Thanks :thumb: White97rs

By the way i know i can run the stage 2 with stock internals but im kinda uncomfortable doing it.

hrc runs stock heads,if ur rebuilding u want to run low comp for more boost and better tuning.8.6.1 comp,20 over on the bore and the rest u can leave stock.with more boost u need more fuel(bigger injectors)..check hrc about there new portfueler,it will go great with a built bottom end.

yeah they do on the stage three but im hoping to have it bored over and i can prob get the internals for cheaper

just thought i shoudl add my mileage is just over 135k
