How to set up my BOV??

ok im putting together a custom turbo kit, with a T-25, and im using a GS-T smic. i need to have pipes made for this. but my question is where can i get the pipes, can a muffler shop make them for me? and what do i need to build into the pipe so that i can hook the BOV up to it? any pics of your set ups would be much appreciated. thanks for your help

Muffler shop could make them. To put the BOV on the pipe it has to first be on the pipe inbetween the smic and the intake manifold. im not sure about the exact size of the flang for the stock BOV but it looks about 1 1/1 in diameter. Or of course u could just weld it to the pipe.

Well you have to remember that most BOV's have flanges that will not work on other BOV's. Decide which one you want, and then like SilverEclipseT said, put it between the IC and the intake manifold.

thanks for the help guys, but since then ive ran into another big problem i couldnt really get around so i scrapped the project and ordered a zex kit.
