420a tansmission oil

hey guys i know i should know this. but i am on my 3rd transmission and i want to make sure i have the right transmission fluid/oil. dose anybody know the correct oil to run?

ah yes i have read about using automatic transmission fluid. and how many quarts should i use?

You'll need 3 qts and fill it until it is level with the fill hole on the side of the transmission case. Make sure you fill it with the car sitting on level ground and not jacked up.

you can use atf in a manual trans whats the advantage???

There is no advantage, it's just the recommended fluid ever since the old Chrysler/Mopar NV-T350 specific fluid was discontinued.
