cars still ####ed,HELP!

OK when i am racing, it climbes strong till about 5500rpms then it stops and its almost like a rev limiter, and i have to let off the gas pedal about 2 inches for it to climb to 7000rpms but when i do its really slow, and i really need to get rid of thios problem becuase i want to add nitrous

Take off your intake and check your throttle body,that's what the problem sounds like.

what am i supposed to be lookin for?,
my friend just told me that its probably my timing or a valve problem?
