someone just told me of a gst turbo conversion for the n/t . they said they herd it cost somewhere in the $ 800-1200 range or more . This is not the 4g63 engine drop question every 420a owner asks when they think about putting a turbo on their car. I have resently saved up the money for a hann or a star kit, but this seemed kind of interesting so I thought i would post this up and see if anyone has heard of this kit,and who makes it or if is some backyard homemade type kit that uses some 4g63 parts?

P.S. I heard this from a person that drops honda engines so i don't know how legable the info is but he seems to know his stuff.OMG
 
Your best bet is getting a turbo kit from Hahn. There are plenty of NA using this kit. Why stray away, when Hahn has already proven that his kits has propellled his RS into the 11s, and probably other deep into the 12s and few 11s.

I have the Hahn Stage 2 kit and it was a simple bolt on affair. If you are talking about using GS-T parts from the 4g63 and putting it on as a turbo kit for the 420A then you are talking about a very custom affair. None of the parts for the 4g63 will bolt onto our 420A's otherwise it would be done over and over for cheap.

I don't think the Hon-duh boy that told you that knows much other than Hon-duhs. Get the HRC kit and have fun.
 
Well I guess there is kind of a conversion kit... I mean come on their manifold wont work, fuel pump wont work, fpr wont work, their ecu wont work, their downpipe wont work, their piping wont work....

Maybe there isn't a conversion, my bad.
 
Both have ups and downs. Personally, I would plug for the star kit.

Im going custom kit though. I guess I will see how much I kick myself in the head for that.
