Wshington,
Please help. I have a 96 rs, and I have the hardest time taking off the spark plug wires. I don't know if its just me, or what the deal is. Back when I bought the car, about a year ago, I took them off and one of them broke from me trying to get them out, so I replaced them. Now I just want to check the plugs, and I can't get the damn things off, I dont want to pull to hard, because I don't want to break them again. I have searched through the forum's forever, and can't find anything on it. So if you guys could please give me an idea on what to do, it would really help me out. Do any of you have this same problem? Or is this just my bad luck? Thanks for the help.

I don't have any problem like that, but my wires did break, you need to use some dielectrode grease the next time you check/change your plugs, it will keep the wires from sticking so much. Make sure you are pulling from the correct part of the boot, you can also buy a sparkplug wire puller, but those are for novices.

yes...

i have never experienced any problems like that before.

oh and one more thing. you double posted this thread. will you please delete the other one before the mods get pissed off.

Thanks for the help guys. If I ever get them all of, I'll be sure to hit em' up with some silicone.
