Turbo on N/T

I've been thinking of bolting on a GReddy turbo kit. I was wondering how much PSI that I can boost safely? If maintenance parts like water pumps, etc need changing do I buy for the N/T or for the Turbo? What 1/4 mile time can i expect to run? Is it worth the money? Can I expect any problems? Will I have to change the ECU? Anyone that has done this to their cars please respond. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

#1 - Greddy to my knowledge dosen't make a turbokit for an n/t.
#2 - 7-9psi safely.
#3 - Buy N/T Waterpump and other items.
#4 - 14.5-15.0 flat.
#5 - Is it worth it? Depends on your ideas for your car, plans.
#6 - Expect problems, your putting more pressure to a engine that dosen't usually take boost. Theres usually problems with any "CUSTOM" installation.
#7 - No, you wont have to change the ecu.
