Where can I find inexpensive generic parts?

Hi!
I know I sound cheap.Yet I can't afford those big name brands
(AEM, Tanabe, Hahn..........).
Hence the name "Budget Tuner".
I found a CAI, but I am having problems with other parts.

Anyone have names of websites?
