Low compression piston

Can I use the stock pistons of the eclipse turbo in my engine 420a. My friend told me that I cant because the engines are different but my other friend said that I can do it. I ask this question because next month Im going turbo

You can't use anything from their engine except maybe the oil cap.

Anyway, howellautomotive sells bottom end kits for $1100 that has everything you need. That is a VERY good deal and you should definately get that.
