big green the oil pressure gauge seems pretty hard to install? i think im going to have to ask a proffesional

Ok BigGreen,

I went to the link you posted since the other one seems to be like someone posted on here for the turbo version and found out the following;

Autometer A/F ratio gauge:

Connect the power wire to your cigarette lighter.

Connect the ground wire to the car.

Connect some more wire to the purple wire and run it through the firewall to the PCM between the driver's side shock tower and the fuse box. Remove some of the wire loom away from the upper wiring harness and you will find a white wire with a black stripe on it, this is your O2 sensor wire you need to splice into.

My question is the following to anyone who can answer this please.
After connecting the power and ground wires right, how many more wires go to the purple one since it says (Connect some more wire to the purple wire) What are those wires or ami just not getting it right??? Thanks Guys any help will be appreciated Thanks.

i think he means grab the purrple wire thast on the autometer wire and connect it thru the firewall to the cars computer on the white wire with black strip wire im pretty sure thats what it is

Thats what I thought but wasnt so sure upon my answer since I always mess up LOL, Thnaks MitzEclipse for clearing my head Thanks I will dothat first thing tomorrow, well I guess after work uh LOL ok well Thanks man.

I feel you brother

I am going turbo also but dont know for sure if I would go with hahm or custom, I think I may lean towardss hahn though Stage2 plus my bottom end rebuild and should bring me to a stage3 I think I may be leaving something out though.

I sure will do that, add more of the same guage to the purple because is not long enough. Well it turns out I couldnt do it today because is freaken cold and the garage well is not really mines so I have to do the small things outside, but when I get ready for the big job (bottom end) It'l be there for me ;) Thanks Guys you all been a lot of help to me on this guage wiring question, I will keep everyone posted in case I run into a problem even though I shouldnt and if I do damn I shouldnt be doing this LOL Thanks.
