i have a 98 eclipse gs turbo conversion and want a bigger intake manifold...i was looking at the venom drag manifold but cant seem to find it to fit my car and year...if anyone knows where i can get a sweet intake manifold from venom or any other performace parts let me know...and how well do they work

i heard it that it is a tight fit to the fire wall. but you can get it through JEGS.com fo 576.00 some thing arond that price.

Why do you want a new manifold? The stock one flows well enough. It was designed by Lotus. You dont really need one unless you just want more eye-candy for the engine-bay. The performance gain will be minimal for the cost of the manifold that was quoted in the opie1 IMO.

Good luck either way!

Indy Cylinder Heads is making an INDY race manifold. Should be done they hope, beofre the year is through, or in time to showcase at the Indy performance auto show early Dec. Its a direct bolt on too, cast aluminum.

Fast Fabrications is making one as well; its mainly just the Plenum with a different flow design to add more gain. Since its 2 piece you can either bolt it directly to your stock runners as is, or get the runners ported and then bolt it on.

Both manifolds are considrably less than the price of the Venom, and have less issues regarding installation.
