hey, im planning a rebuild because i believe i've spun a rod bearing :( so i figure i might as well build it up so i can push some boost... i've heard alot of compliments on the howell bottom end upgrade my question is will this upgrade have everything i need to fix my engine from the spun rod bearing....?? this is what it has:

Clevite 77 or Federal Mogul Rod Bearing Set Clevite 77 or Federal Mogul Main Bearing Set Total Seal Piston Rings Mopar Oil Pan Gasket Set (includes rear main seal) Melling Oil Pump Eagle Specialty Forged Rods JE Pistons

and i will probably have to get the head machined is that correct?? anything i should know or get done while its at the machine shop, that isn't crazy exspensive??

and after that i should be safe to run how much psi?? w/ an intercooler??
anything else i need to upgrade?? are stock injectors fine?? i'll probably want to stay around 8-10 psi...

thanx guys
peace
