weird sound when turning

hi, my car makes a really really ugly weird noise when i make a turn. i hate it, it sounds sick and embarrassing. what is the problem??
i have a 1990 plymouth laser

Like the CV Joints maybe?? Is It a clicking noise??

If it's clicking, I'd say it's the CV joints like stated in the above post, but if it's a loud wailing noise or a liud screeching/squeeling noise I'm willing to bet it's because you need to add power steering fluid (cause the same thing happened in my car). Be sure to check you pwoer steering fluid.

ya, lots of people tell me it is my cv joints. is that expensive to fix or no??

My friend just recently got his CV joints replaced, and I think he said it wasn't expensive (maybe a hundred to a couple hundred bucks)

It's cheaper and more reliable getting new ones (axles.) The thing with fixing those CV joints is they can run for 100 miles or 10,000 miles. It may cost you about the same getting new ones. You may have to give up the old ones for a core charge but you will get lifetime gurantee on the new ones.
