1g idle issues

hey guys im breaking out my winter beater and putting up my eclipse. I got it out of storage and the darn thing wont idle right. it revs up to 1500 and back down to a grand, it just keeps doing it. I put a new tps in it and checked all the vaccuum lines and i adjusted the tps to have the right voltage. and it still wont idle right. Can somebody please help me with this? Can it be the cam lobes? Or the e.g.r valve?

might be the ISC

first fiddle with the Biss screw, hopeully you adjusted the tps correctly, then do a check on your IAC most likely it needs replacing

i messed with the bliss screw and it did nothing. How do check the iac to see if its working. the tps has 4.8 volts of resistance and its supposed to be betweent 4.8 and 5.2. This is going to become a junkyard treasure if i cant figure this one out. I like my eclipse but damn their high maintenace and i dont like this laser anyways. anybody want it 500 bucks and its yours. It runs and drives i can say that much.
