Lakefield,
Ok i am as some of you know in the progress of build my motor this winter and its turned out to be quite a parts list, i was wondering about these fluidyne radiators, i hear the aluminum radiators are supposed to help cool better and are lighter than stock(not much weight there anyways) but i just want to know if its a good brand or if anybody has or had one and what you thought of it

Fluidyne are very good, if you want another one to look at, check out a C&R racing adiator.....$500.... www.crracing.com check out the issue of Modified Magazine July 2003..... they show how to do a step by step instal of a radiator in a DSM. good luck with your car...:thumb:

A Fluidyne radiator is probably a very good idea now that you mention it. Ever since I started running boost levels of 9+psi I have noticed heat damage appearing on a few of the most exposed hoses and wires. This was probably the effect of driving on four hour trips back and forth a couple of times in 90 degree weather.

Have you upgraded anything in your cooling system Kirby? Where is the best place to get some aftermarket fans with that radiator?

I bought a Griffin Dual 1" Core radiator for mine. Its not made for my car, so I had to make the brackets to hold it in place, but its one BADASS radiator. I can drive with no fans on, in 90 degree weather, and as long as I'm going 30+mph it doens't overheat....LOL

I don't remember the dimesions that fit exactly... I'm almost possitive it was 27"x14"
