does G-box work?

I was browsing the internet and went to next level performance and was wondering if anybody has purchased the G-box performance mod and if so does it help any?

Yes and no. It is the exact same thing as the cheesy radio shack resistors that you can buy for .15 cents. It tricks the ecu into thinking that there is more air going into the engine than their is, but it only lasts for a short while till the ecu realizes its being tricked. Save your money!
