neon VS esi need help!!!!!

i have a 96 esi. i was wondering if the crank is differant in the esi vs the neon DOHC. i replaced my block and i don't know if the crank is different. it doesn't spark on the 1 and 4 but does on the 2 and 3 coils. everything is reading right. so i don't know whats going on. the coil pack is good. ecu is good.

Have you checked the cam sensor on the front right corner? If it went, wouldn't that affect the signal to the ECU? I know they leak pretty quick, but I'm just throwing out a suggestion here...

The crank is the same so that's not your issue. I would look to the wires, or to the crank/cam sensors. Do you have any ignition mods?
